Roto Tom History - Patent Invention
Here is the patent for the Adjustable Pitch Drum which used the Roto Tom Drum in side a shell. This patent was filed on 10/12/1976 and inventor Randall L. May is credited for this unique percussive instrument! The patent was issued on Sep 20, 1977.
